Asian Paints, India’s leading and Asia’s 3rd largest Paint Company conducted assessment and placement drive for Mechanical Engineering and Automobile Engineering students on 20th May '2019.
Chandigarh Polytechnic College and Asian Paints had collaborated to support and provide pre-placement training for enhancing the employability skills and employment to students of Mechanical and Automobile Engineering.

A batch of 44 students had undergone the training process at the college campus with a predefined syllabus by Asian Paints. The training was jointly provided by CPC faculty and experts from Asian Paints from February to May 2019.
An assessment test was conducted and the result is still awaited. The students clearing the assessment test will undergo training at KASNA plant, Greater Noida (UP).Upon successful completion of training the students will go through the final recruitment process and will be shortlisted for Officer Level 1 position, with a package of 5.5 LPA.
