Chandigarh Polytechnic College has the distinction of ushering in a new era in higher education by creating a unique, inspirational academic model coupled with unprecedented industry patronage for experiential learning, supported by outstanding facilities. The College has been recently bestowed with Outstanding Institutional award by NITTTR, selected out of more than 80 other colleges in Northern India. CPC believe in holistic grooming of young professionals and aims to promote international exchange of knowledge and practice in teaching.

Working with the same motto, Chandigarh Polytechnic College in association with ISIE India, inaugurated Student Research Association Centre (ISIE-CPC-SRA). ISIE has 50 plus SRA centers all over the country. Chandigarh Polytechnic College is the first Polytechnic to establish SRA centre at their campus. The event was graced and enlightened with the presence of Mr. Vinod K. Gupta, President, ISIE India; Mr. Pawan Chaurasia, Business Development Manager, Mr. Shubham Gupta, Deputy Project Officer; Prof. (Dr.) R.S. Bawa, Hon’ble Vice- Chancellor, Chandigarh University, and Prof. (Dr.) Gurmeet Singh Swag, Principal CPC. Mr. Vinod Kumar Gupta, President ISIE India, addressed the students and gave a brief about their works and achievements. Prof. (Dr.) R.S. Bawa, inspired the students to gain proper knowledge about every aspect they work upon and become an inspiration and source of knowledge for others. Prof. (Dr.) Gurmeet Sing Swag, Principal CPC, congratulated the students and faculty and motivated the students to create innovations that are beyond comparison. A well equipped lab is also set up for the students to work on projects and different innovations primarily based on Green energy. ISIE- Student Research Association (ISIE-SRA) is a great platform for students and faculties to come together for Research and Innovation. It aims to promote Research and Skill Based Education. A seminar was also organized on ‘Motion e-Mobility’ focusing on usage of green energy in its different forms.
